Do you experience toxic stress being 'mindful'? Would you like to practice being more 'mindful'? 

If the answer is 'yes' to either or both of these two questions, then this is a session for you!

As session facilitators, Bora and Kirk at Dwight School Seoul believe short periods of momentary awareness (SOMA), if practised regularly, will likely lead to more compassion, awareness, resilience and emotional regulation. (CARE).

So join us for a 60 minute interactive session which will give all participants the opportunity to both share any mindfulness practices they know, as well as to learn about what colleagues in other schools are doing.
