BE A GLOBAL CITIZEN: THE POWER OF IMAGINATIVE EMPATHY

What does it mean to be a global citizen in the twenty-first century? How can we think of empathy as a powerful skill that global citizens use to foster greater collaboration? And what is meant by ‘imaginative empathy’? In our session, we will engage in an open dialogue to explore these questions. In the spirit of Dwight’s motto to ignite the spark of genius in every child, let’s ignite the spark of global citizenship within ourselves and encourage our students to grow their powers of imaginative empathy.
