REBUILDING CONNECTION FOR COUNSELLORS AND PASTORAL LEADERSHIP

We're all still learning and researching how to rebuild our school communities as the pandemic is (hopefully) winding down. We know connection and community is vital to restoring socio-emotional health and community satisfaction (which impacts success and achievement), but we don't yet seem to have a unified approach. This is an opportunity for key stakeholders to share skills, ideas, experiences, and resources to go back and help develop a more focused strategy at their schools.
