LAYING THE FOUNDATIONS FOR DEIJ

It is encouraging that diversity, equity, and inclusion is being implemented in international schools globally. 

However, it is important that leaders who begin these initiatives consider and address the various nuances that exist exclusively in this context. Because of the unique nature of international school communities, it is of paramount importance that school leaders (including DEI leaders) understand that DEI implementation requires solid infrastructure. 

Essentially, either before or during your DEI planning, a solid foundation must be laid. 

This workshop is intended to equip school leaders, DEI teams and anyone interested in DEI with the tools they need before DEI implementation, so that it is not only supported by the whole school community but sustainable for the long term.
